On their first night as college students, the freshmen of East Stroudsburg University eagerly joined the festivities of the orientation carnival. They entered the carnival excited to start their lives as official Warriors after getting settled in their dorm halls. The crowds formed around the free pizza, two highly enthused DJs, the photo booth, and the Liztech Jewelry table.

Many students reveled in the beauty of the jewelry and decided to enter their names for a chance to win a bracelet from the store. Of the many names, two girls, Laurel and Amirah, were the lucky winners. They each walked over to the Gallery from the campus and selected their handcrafted bracelets.

Laurel ultimately decided on the oyster with pearl design from the Alex & Ani collection. Laurel is a freshman from Owego, NY; she majors in Speech Pathology and is a member of the University’s women soccer team.

While the other winner, Amirah, decided on the Lizcuff Bracelet in Plum. Amirah is a freshman from Philadelphia, PA; she majors in Communications and hopes to work in the Public Relations field one day.

Though the two girls seem different they both unite in their love for the bracelets.

As for everyone else, if you were not as lucky as Laurel and Amirah, you can purchase your own handcrafted accessory from the Liztech Art Gallery located at 95 Crystal street in East Stroudsburg, right off campus.
