The Campus Activities Board (CAB) has two upcoming day trips planned for the weeks to come in February and March.

On Friday, Feb. 19, there will be a bus trip to the Academy of Music in Philadelphia, where students will have the opportunity to attend a live performance of “Beauty and The Beast.”

The bus is set to depart from campus at 3 p.m. and the show time is 8 p.m., so students will be designated a couple of hours to have dinner before the show.

Once the show is over, the bus will take students back to ESU at 12:30 a.m.

Tickets are currently available, and any ESU student can register for this trip at the Student Activities Complex on the second floor of the University Center.

The second trip that CAB is sponsoring is a bus trip to New York City on March 19. During this trip, students can look forward to sightseeing and exploring the Big Apple.

The bus is scheduled to drop students off at Battery Park in Lower Manhattan. The location is in perfect proximity for anyone who would like to visit The Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island as well as Ground Zero, where the Freedom Tower now stands.

The bus is scheduled to depart campus at 11 a.m. and depart from NYC back to ESU at 8 p.m. that same evening. Ticket sales will be available Feb. 15; $15 for students and $25 for any guests.
