Have you ever been craving the taste of grandma’s cheesecake and find yourself without an oven?

Well we have the solution for you! No bake cheesecake. It requires no oven and only takes twenty-five minutes to make.

Ingredients:
2 packages of graham crackers
11 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
2 tablespoons sugar
2 8-ounce packages cream cheese
1 14-ounc can sweetened condensed milk
¼ fresh lemon juice
1-teaspoon vanilla extract

Put graham crackers in a large resalable plastic bag, and crush them with a rolling pin until very fine crumbs form.

Pour crumbs into a medium bowl; stir in sugar. Add butter, and stir until well combined.

Press the crumb mixture into a 9-inch spring-form pan, spreading it 1 1/2 to 2 inches up the side; press flat. Chill crust in freezer at least 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, make the filling: Using an electric mixer set at medium-high speed, beat the cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth.

Beat in the condensed milk a little at a time, scraping the sides of the bowl, as necessary. Beat in the lemon juice and vanilla.

Pour the filling into the crust; smooth the top with a rubber spatula. Cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until firm, 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

Unclasp sides of pan, and remove cheesecake.

Pinch Salt
2 Tablespoon canola oil
2 Tablespoon coffee, milk or water
2 Tablespoon chopped dark chocolate

In a heatproof mug or ramekin, stir together the dry ingredients until no lumps remain.

Stir in chopped dark chocolate.

5 Minute Microwave Berry Cobbler

This is a fun and tasty recipe, that is also healthier. If you’re craving something sweet and fruity but don’t feel like making a pie, then try this easy
recipe.

Ingredients:
¾ cup strawberries
¼ cup powdered sugars
1/3 cup flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons milk

Chop berries and add to a mug. Add powdered sugar, stir to combine.

In a separate bowl, add the flour, white sugar, baking powder and mix to combine.

Add the butter and rub in with your fingers until combined. Add the milk and stir (I used my hands for this too, less dishes to wash).

Add the dough to the top of the berries (sprinkle with additional sugar, if desired).

Microwave on high for about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.

Allow to cool because this mother will be screaming hot.
