Have you ever thought “I am wasting my time if I watch a movie?”
Occasionally, watching a movie, or even binge watching a TV series, can be stress-relieving.
If you are a person who gets easily stressed, or stays stressed for an extended period, it might help to watch a movie.
One of the better methods to distressing is to not think about what lead you to it in the first place.
Also, as a person who does get stressed often I find that not thinking for a period supports me to think clearer.
When watching a movie, a person is concentrating on another’s thoughts.
Hence, watching movies is a good method when wanting to change your focus, and especially distress.
