ESU’s Women’s Golf team placed fourth at the ESU Invitational held at the Glen Brook Golf Club in Stroudsburg.

The Warriors were led by junior Samantha Miller. She finished T-2 after a first round score of 76.

Miller’s second round score of 79 gave her an aggregate score of 155, which was good for a fourth place finish.

It was just another outstanding performance from Miller. She has carded a remarkable eight rounds under 80 this season.

Freshman Amy Bergquist shot 181 for 16th place. Junior and Department of Communication Annual Scholarship winner Mackenzie Mathna was right behind her shooting 185 for 17th place.

Sophomore Caterina Daniels shot 196 for 20th place, and freshman Brianna Carty shot 237 for 23rd place.

West Chester won the tournament with an aggregate score of 628. The Golden Rams were followed by Kutztown (644), Millersville (677) and ESU (717).
