On Sunday, February 22, an incident occurred at Lenape Residence Hall. According to University Police, an unknown individual was spotted inside the residence hall. This promoted a shelter-in-place order. The order lasted from 6 a.m. to 8:06 a.m.

According to University Police, in assistance with Pennsylvania State Police and Stroud Area Regional Police Department, the intruder was apprehended and taken into custody. The suspect reportedly assaulted an officer during the pursuit.

The investigation has since been turned over to Pennsylvania State Police, according to University Police.
