The skin is the largest organ on the human body, and its purpose is to cover and protect the rest of the body such as your muscles, bones and organs from light, heat, injury and infection.
According to celebrity beautician Renée Rouleau, “dry skin produces little to no oil, which causes the skin to be dry and flaky. Oily skin is skin that produces oil, and generally has large pores and look shiny or greasy and dehydrated skin lacks water content, but may still produce oil; in fact, it’s probably over-producing oil.”
Because the skin is so very important to the human body and life, you must take proper care of your skin especially if you have dry, oily, and dehydrated skin.
Luckily, there are many moisturizers that can help with these conditions and can assist with keeping skin hydrated.
First let’s try Paula’s choice Skin Balancing Invisible Finish Moisturizer. The gel absorbs quickly without feeling heavy, leaving skin feeling silky smooth and soft. It’s specially formulated for those with normal to oily combination skin and those with acne prone skin.
Paula’s Choice also offers a three step system to keep sensitive, acne-prone skin clear and radiant. Next you can try Neutrogena Oil-Free Moisture for Sensitive Skin.
Neutrogena is the number one dermatologist recommended skin care company in America. It absorbs quickly into your face without clogging pores without leaving it shiny and it is good for reducing dryness.
If Neutrogena doesn’t work, you can try my personal favorite Aveeno Positively Radiant Skin Daily Moisturizer. This moisturizer is great for under makeup and it lets your foundation flow smoothly and flawlessly over your face.
It also hydrates skin and helps correct oily skin. For an even deeper clean that keeps my skin soft, I also use Aveeno Positively Radiant daily cleansing pads in the morning and at night. If Aveeno does not fit your skin, you can try Clinique Daily Essentials Kit.
Your face can sometimes need more than just moisture, but a system of products to work together to make your skin beautiful. This combines a gentle face cleanser and separate eye makeup remover to get you full-face clean.
They give you a powerful clarifying lotion that reduces dark circles and puffs around your eyes. If you don’t need the whole Clinique system, you can try the moisturizing gel. Lastly, trying Clean and Clear Dual Action Moisture helps reduces dryness and is an acne fighting medicine that can prevent breakouts.
I hope trying any of these products helps reduce oily, dry and dehydrated skin and keeps your skin healthy and clear.
