With the demands of college work, it could be hard for students find accommodating jobs.
“Oh boy, 100 percent,” said Kaitlyn Knowles after asked if her Friendly’s job was not understanding to her school hours. Knowles thinks it would be much easier to have an on-campus job.
The ESU University has many on-campus jobs for students who may not have time for an off-campus job.
Currently, the university is looking for 2018 Orientation Leaders. Orientation Leaders give incoming families information all about the university.
Also, leaders give tours of the university throughout the school year.
The university even has jobs for different majors. For example, there are jobs in biological sciences, the athletic track, business, chemistry and many more.
Even if you don’t want to work in your major, the university offers a job in the Barnes & Noble university store.

On the other hand, there are some jobs that are understanding.
“Kohl’s is really big on hiring college students, so they know we will be constantly in and out”, says Angela Dutan. Dutan works both on and off campus and thinks they are both very cooperative with college.
You just need to look around for the best job to fit your specific schedule.
What if you’re almost done with college and looking to start your career?
There are many websites useful for finding many different types of jobs in many different areas. There are a variety jobs in the area for web developers.
One, for example, is in the Palmerton area, PenTeleData are looking for a full-time web developer. Annually, this position can make anywhere from $40,000 to $65,000. They also offer benefits such as vision, dental, a 401K, medical, and life.“Why work here?” The website asks. “There are great benefits and room for growth.”
Like most jobs, you must be able to work well with other and have the usual responsibilities. These include client meetings, research and have good time management.
Applicants must have certain qualifications to be eligible for the job.
Chartwell’s is looking for an hourly, full-time administration office personnel at Pocono Mountain School District, PMSD.
The district is only accepting online applications only. The school is located at 231 Pocono School Road, Swiftwater, PA 18370.
The full-time schedule is Monday to Friday and hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The school would like applicants to be familiar with the program Microsoft Office.
Staff Care, An AMN Healthcare Company, is looking for a thoracic Surgeon, with a specialty with cardiothoracic surgery.
They are located in Easton. The schedule is flexible, and Shifts are 24 hour on-call. The website says, “Cardiothoracic surgeons have one of the most demanding and exacting jobs in medicine.”
For qualifications, the company would like for applicants to call for more information.
