The Oscars nominees are in! Jimmy Kimmel returns as host the 90th Academy Award despite last year’s infamous mixup between “La La Land” and “Moonlight” for best picture.

The nominations were announced Jan 23. “Shape of Water,” directed by Guillermo del Toro, leads with 13 nominations. Christopher Nolan’s “Dunkirk,” hits second with eight nominations and Martin McDonagh’s “Three Billboards Outside Edding, Missouri” a close third with seven nominations.

The indie hit “Lady Bird” also received a hefty amount of nominations including best actress for Saorise Ronan, best supporting actress Laurie Metcalf, best director Greta Gerwig and best picture. “Call Me by Your Name,” a film based on the novel by Andre Acimman, is nominated for best writing adapted screenplay, best actor for Timothee Chalamet and best picture.

Jordan Peele is up for best director for his racial drama “Get Out.” The film is also up for best picture, best original screenplay and Daniel Kaluuya for best actor. When the nominations were released, Peele said on Twitter: “Right now I’m just thinking about everyone who brought a ticket and told someone else to. You did this. Thank you.”
