- The censorship ship is a smoke screen. Representatives in their 80s are talking about algorithms, but they probably don’t know what that is. It’s all a joke to me, it’s a load of crap. It’s a suppression of information. The beauty of Tik Tok is to see viewpoints, and they are taking that away. Some rely on it for income. So much dishonestly that I don’t trust it one bit.

- I feel confused mostly because I like the app and I use it, but I also don’t want my information at risk whatever that could mean. My information could still be at risk with any app though, so I don’t feel particularly bothered by it.

- I think that TikTok is a platform that allows creators to both entertain and inform. Banning the app would be detrimental to small businesses and influencers that make most of their income from TikTok. I never felt a concern for my information safety while using the app

- It would honestly be better because I’m always on TikTok every day. Right now, my screen time is 2 hours and 15 minutes per day on TikTok and it would honestly better me for school. I don’t mind that it might be banned.

- I think it’s pretty ridiculous. TikTok is a private company that does not give our data to anyone, let alone China. Even with them providing the proof, the U.S. ignored it just so they can have and sell our data.
