ESU University Police released a statement on Oct. 27 concerning shots fired near Zimbar-Liljenstein Hall.

The shots occurred early Sunday morning near a party held in Zimbar-Liljenstein Hall by an ESU club, the Warriorettes.

While the police stated in the report that a few suspects were detained, no further information is available at this time. As of Sunday (Oct. 27) evening, the state’s Unified Judicial System showed no evidence yet of related criminal charges filed or court hearings scheduled.

University Police urge anyone with information regarding the incident to contact them immediately at (570) 422-3064.
