East Stroudsburg University’s Media Production Club will host its third Annual Media Fair on Thursday, April 24—this year with a “rootin’ tootin’” twist.
Embracing the theme Best Western, the fair promises an evening of cinematic flair and creative celebration.
The event will take place from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. in Rosenkrans East hall, transforming the space into a showcase of student talent across a range of media.
The festivities will shift to Beers Lecture Hall at 8 p.m., where an awards ceremony will recognize the top three submissions in each category.
The Media Fair, originally founded to spotlight the work of Art, Media, and Design students, is open to all majors.
Creators are encouraged to submit original, copyright-free work across seven categories: video, sound, photography, streaming, graphics/web, 3D/VR and best performance by an actor.
Submission guidelines include a 20-minute total time limit for video, sound, and performance content. Photographers and graphic/web designers may enter up to three submissions total, while streamers must condense their highlight reels into 10 minutes.
The deadline to submit is Friday, April 18th.
Interested participants can scan the QR code found on flyers around campus (see image) or visit www.filmfreeway.com/ESUMediaFair2025 to upload their entries.
