Police Blotter 2/10-3/22: Welfare Checks, Bullets, and Horseplay

February 10- Report of harassment in Laurel Hall.  

February 10- In the University Ridge parking lot someone left their car window open, a blunt and shake was found on the passenger seat of the car.  

February 11- Welfare check was reported. 

February 11- Harassment through social media and text was reported in Hawthorn Suites. 

February 13- A student reported being called names from a passing car on Isabelle street. 

February 13- The fire alarm was set off due to a student burning mac and cheese in Hemlock Suites. 

February 17- EMS was called to Hemlock Suites to assist someone with cardiac symptoms.

February 17- A fight happened in front of the ESU bookstore. 

February 18- A bullet was found in Mattioli Recreation Center

February 21- A person had a gun pulled on her while walking on Analomink Street. 

February 21- There was an unwanted guest reported in Hemlock Suites. The incident was referred to Title IX. 

February 26- Welfare check on a student in Laurel Hall that was upset about a death that happened in their family. 

February 26- There was a disturbance between roommates at the University Ridge. 

February 27- The third floor heat detector in a gender neutral bathroom was set off in Minsi Hall.  

March 1- An RA called ESU police about an argument that happened in one of the rooms in Minisi Hall. 

March 1- A report of a missing earring. 

March 3- A custodian supervisor reported someone sleeping in a room in Koehler Fieldhouse. 

March 4- A student’s boyfriend called to check on his girlfriend because he was worried about her. 

March 4- Someone reported a car that was egged in the parking lot behind Kemp library. 

March 5- A report of a suspicious male was reported at the Kemp library. 

March 5- Reported of a lost scooter at Hemlock Suites. 

March 6- A staff member at the Mattioli Recreation Center called in a fight in the first floor men’s restroom. Once investigated it turned out to be horseplay between friends. 

March 8- Removal of property from an unregistered student. 

March 11- A ESU student found an empty red ziplock bag on the counter in the Innovation Center.

March 17- A violation of ESU’s no Contact Directive.

March 18- A noise complaint was made at the University Ridge. 

March 18- Criminal mischief to a car in the commuter parking lot that faced Koehler Fieldhouse.

March 21- A person called about an issue with a RA in Minisi Hall then later reported to disregard the call and everything was fine. 

March 22- A report of an intoxicated student in Hawthorn Suites. 

March 22- A welfare check on a student was acting aggressive in Lenape Hall.

March 22- A student from Hemlock Suites reported their pizza being stolen from a bench outside the Main entrance that was delivered by DoorDash. 

March 22- Steam from a shower set off the fire alarm in Hemlock Suites. 

 

Fire alarms were set off on February 14, March 5, March 15 and March 18.
