The ESU Warriors have been voted as the top team in the Eastern Conference 2023–24 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Men’s Basketball Preseason Polls. East Stroudsburg collected five first-place votes out of eight. The Warriors ranked higher than West Chester, Millersville, and Shepherd. Having finished the 2022–23 season with a 23-9 record and making the NCAA tournament, the ESU Warriors had a strong performance last year. ESU hopes to win the PSAC East this season with returning talent and new additions.
